Staff Profile

David Chermak is in his sixth year as the School Psychologist at Westgate. He completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy at the University of Florida, a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy at Colorado State University, and an Education Specialist degree for School Psychology at the University of Denver. Mr. Chermak works with students across grade levels to provide mental health support as well as special education services. He is proud to have helped develop and lead the implementation of RISE, Westgate's PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) program.
