For Social-Emotional Communications

Contact the Teacher(s) involved. If the issue is not resolved, then contact:

Contact Procedures

Make contact via email.
Be specific. State what you understand or know of the situation and ask clarifying questions.
Allow time for the contact to gather the necessary information to address your questions or concerns. You can expect a response within 48 hours for teachers and team leads, or 72 hours from all others.
As your query moves through the process, please be sure to copy all previous contacts on the continued correspondence.
