Events Committee Updates

Hello Westgate families! Thank you to all who joined us for our March events – Middle School Book Fair, Skate City Spirit Night, and Spirit Night at Homegrown Tap & Grill. Check out what we have planned for April!


Upcoming Events:

March 24th – April 4th: Spring Break!

Monday, April 7th: Events Committee Meeting
2:00-3:30pm at Westgate in the Teacher’s Lounge or virtually via Teams
 
Are you passionate about bringing people together and creating memorable experiences? Our Events Committee is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help plan and execute exciting events throughout the year. Whether you have a knack for organizing, a creative flair, or just a desire to contribute, we welcome you to join us! Volunteering is a fantastic way to meet new people, develop new skills, and make a positive impact in our community. Let's make our events unforgettable together!

Urban Air - Help us Soar!Friday, April 18th: Urban Air Spirit Night (and half day of school)
4:00-8:00pm at 7025 W 88th Ave, Westminster.
 
This day is a half day of school, so let them rest up before taking them out for a night of fun for all ages! Activities include Warrior Course, Trampolines, Slam Dunk Zone, Drop Zone, Dodgeball, Climbing Hill, and more. Discounted tickets are available starting at $16.99. Make sure to mention Westgate at time of purchase so we can receive 20% of all ticket sales.

Freddy's Spirit Night FlyerThursday, April 24th: Spirit Night at Freddy’s
4-8pm at 14255 Lincoln Street, Thornton

CARNIVAL SILENT AUCTION DONATIONS

Tip to Save Calendar Events 

Do you have a hard time keeping track of ALL the school things? Field trips, Spirit Nights, half days of school (PS – May is always CRAZY busy!) Did you know you can save events at Westgate directly to your Apple or Google calendar?
  • Simply go to www.westgateschool.org – Parents/Guardians – Calendars – Event Calendar
  • Then click on the event you want to save 
  • Then click “Copy to Google calendar” or “Download iCal event”
