  • Join us to plan upcoming school events, brainstorm new events, and get involved in our community. Drop your kiddos off and come on in! All are welcome - please make sure to check in with Natalie at the front desk.
• Thursday, November 14: Panda Express Spirit Night Fundraiser
  • 9:30am-10:00pm at 901 E 120th Ave, Thornton.
  • Order anytime all day at Panda Express and Westgate will receive 20% of sales. Make sure to mention Westgate when ordering. If you order online, add fundraiser code 376578 before checking out.
• Saturday, November 16: Fall Bazaar
  • 10:00am-3:00pm at Peak Martial Arts 12412 Washington St, Thornton. (Just across the street from Westgate)
  • It's time for the annual Fall Bazaar! Shop for unique gifts from local artists, crafters, and vendors, including some Westgate families. We will have a food truck, coffee truck, and baked goods available for purchase as well.

• Wednesday, November 20: Skate City Spirit Night
  • 5:00-7:00pm
  • 200 W 121st Ave, Westminster
  • This event’s theme is Pajama Party. Put on your comfy duds and join us for a full-filled private event just for Westgate families and friends!
  • $7 admission fee/skater and $5 skate rental (if needed.) $5 meal deals are also available. Lace up those skates and let’s roll!

Original Works Order forms have been sent home.

  • Enter in your unique access code provided on your order form.
  • There you can select the products you would like to purchase. If you have not received an order form, you can also search for your child’s artwork using the above link.
  • The deadline for placing orders is November 6th, 2024. All orders will be processed together after the deadline, and the products will be shipped to the school for distribution. We will not be taking orders after the deadline to ensure that items will be received before winter break.

Ongoing Fundraising Spotlight:

Longmont Dairy Farm’s Milk Caps for Moola

1. Drink Longmont Dairy Milk. (Eligible cap products include: Milk, Chocolate Milk, Strawberry Milk, Half & Half, Orange Juice, Lemonade, Raspberry Lemonade, Classic Eggnog, & Cinnamon Eggnog.)
2. Rinse & save the bottle caps. Save as many as you can - from your bottles, or collect them from family, friends & neighbors.
3. Return your milk caps to the collection box in the school lobby.
