Who do I direct my questions or concerns to?
Communications Pathways
Check out our communication pathway flowchart below for written and visual descriptions of the school's communication, problem-solving, and grievance processes.
For Social-Emotional Communications
- Contact the Teacher(s) involved. If the issue is not resolved, then contact:

Contact Procedures
- Make contact via email.
- Be specific. State what you understand or know of the situation and ask clarifying questions.
- Allow time for the contact to gather the necessary information to address your questions or concerns. You can expect a response within 48 hours for teachers and team leads, or 72 hours from all others.
- As your query moves through the process, please be sure to copy all previous contacts on the continued correspondence.
