Students cannot stay at Westgate until the end of the regular school day. Please make arrangements for your student's dismissal at noon.

Testing Tips

Attendance
• Please prioritize having your students in school on the dates they will be testing.
• They need to be here on time and for the entire day during their specific testing window.
• Please do not pick your student up early or bring them in late on these days.
• Tests are invalidated when a student leaves in the middle of a test.
Testing Tips
Breakfast and Snacks
• Support your student’s performance by providing a protein packed breakfast and lunch.
• Cheese sticks will be provided to students as a snack before testing; if your student can’t or won’t eat cheese, please send them with a snack.
• As always, students may have a water bottle with their name on it.
Sleep
• Please follow your student’s normal bedtime routine.
• Allow enough time to get quality sleep. They’ll be rested and ready for testing!
• Limit overnight access to electronic distractions.
Opt Out
• Indicate all tests (ELA/Math/Science) you will be opting them out of on the form
• Send completed forms to [email protected].
