This week in PE we will be reviewing the soccer dribbling skills we learned in the previous week and furthering our soccer skills by moving on to passing and shooting.
 
We will also be discussing How do you face challenges, overcome failures, and celebrate successes in physical activity as well as how to fuel our bodies for success. 

4th rotation week 1

Welcome to PE!
In the first week of PE we will be learning rules and routines as well as my expectations of class.  I will be covering teamwork activities and cooperative games as well as learning some new warm up games and activities.  I like to emphasize teamwork in the first week to hopefully have a great rotation.  
We will also be learning about the importance of warming up and cooling down, and how that affects our body. 

11/4/2024 - 11/8/2024

This week we will be testing our locomotor movement skills with locomotor movement games and activities.  It is our last week of the rotation and final grades for locomotor movement skills will be entered.  
 
We will also talk about nutrition and how to keep our bodies health and fuled throughout the day.

PE Week 2

Welcome to week 2 of PE,
 
This week we will be continuing to work on our locomotor movement skills, as well as our teamwork skills.  We will be introducing new games, activities, and challenges to improve our locomotors and improving our strategizing skills.  In class we will also talk about the importance of fitness and the benefits of increasing our heart rate.
