4th rotation week 1

Welcome to PE!
In the first week of PE we will be learning rules and routines as well as my expectations of class.  I will be covering teamwork activities and cooperative games as well as learning some new warm up games and activities.  I like to emphasize teamwork in the first week to hopefully have a great rotation.  
We will also be learning about the importance of warming up and cooling down, and how that affects our body. 

PE week 4

This week in PE we will be moving on to our final week of classes this quarter.  For this last week we will be working on reinforcing all the locomotor skills that we have learned as well as working on our catching, throwing, and kicking skills.  I hope to add some striking skills in toward the end of the week as well. 
 
Teamwork will be the main focus this week.  I will be providing games and activities where students will have to communicate and work together, while also working on their personal skills and coordination.

PE Week 3

Hello everyone,
This week during PE we will be working on our kicking skills.  We will do various games and challenges to improve our kicking accuracy and kicking fundamentals.  
We will also be learning a little about germs, washing hands, risks of not washing hands, and also why exercise is good for you.

PE Week 2

Welcome to week 2 of PE,
 
This week we will be continuing to work on our locomotor movement skills, as well as our teamwork skills.  We will be introducing new games, activities, and challenges to improve our locomotors and improving our strategizing skills.  In class we will also talk about the importance of fitness and the benefits of increasing our heart rate.
